This is literally just to name a few! Every week the Atlanta Business Chronicle mentions developers who are doing apartment deals (many of those buying up commercial real estate in Atlanta are out of state and some out of the country). Every time we read an article we target mailings for Sobu to those players who would make sense for our deal. Therefore; this list continues to grow weekly.

We are still waiting to hear back from the two groups that have seen the property and will let you know the minute that we receive final answers from those two groups.
