I just arrived to Sobu flats and wtinessed Josh Reeves (with contract in hand) talking to Ezra, one of the hold-outs. I am hopeful that this is a positive sign that the complete assemblage and subsequent sale of the building is imminent. KEEP YOUR COLLECTIVE FINGERS CROSSED!

From what I understood, there WERE three holdouts.
So, has there been two signed contracts today or are the comments above pertaining to the same one? I'm nervous.
