Dear Paces Green Homeowners,

It is with great surprise and pleasure that I inform you that The Paces Green is currently under contract to be sold.
The closing for the sale of the property is currently scheduled to take place in a ridiculously short 10 days. It is still possible, however, that the 10 days could be extended.

What that means for you is what I believe all to be very good news:

You will close on the sale of your unit within 30 days (and possibly within as few as 10 days for those that would like) You will able to continue to occupy your unit at your discretion, for up to an additional 90 days from January 31, for monthly rent payable to the buyer of $950 For those of you with renters, you will be able to continue to rent your unit until May 1, at your discretion, which in almost all cases, is more than the notice promised If you choose to continue to rent or occupy your unit, you will pay a prorated monthly rental amount to the buyer for as long as you continue to keep possession (post-closing) I will continue to keep you informed as things progress. As I have additional information, you will too.

You may be contacted by me, or one of my associates, regarding additional information necessary to prepare for closing. Please do your best to answer any questions and provide any information promptly, as any delays could delay the closing of the sale of the property.

WOW! Wish it was our email. Must be nice to have 100% of the building in agreement. Anyone hear any news or talk to our holdouts since the last strand of comments??
