How many total holdouts do we have now?

On the survey I wanted to mention that I have never tried to sell my condo due to the fact that none of my friends got to sell their condo without bringing a check to closing. I kept holding out thinking one day I might BREAK EVEN. I have lived here for 7 years!
Nice!! We have 1 down and 4 more to go. It is very nice to see some progress on this deal. Let's cross our fingers. We have 16 more days until all contracts are destroyed unless we obtain 100%.

Maybe it would be possible for the current ex-holdout to talk to the other holdouts. It would be crazy for this deal not to go through for a second time. This is an opportunity of a lifetime.
Was there a second meeting like the earlier blogs said?? Or are we just still hoping that we have a buyer. I'm kinda sick of getting my hopes up.
This situation has taught me a valuable lesson. NEVER buy a condo....your life and hopes are wrapped up into the decisions of other people.
