To answer to a few of the questions about the buyer: Yes, we do have a perspective buyer that has interest ONLY if SOBU Assemblage LLC has 100% of all signed contracts in hand. And we are not too far away from having 100%!

I'm still not getting my hopes up...not until everyone has signed and we get a fabulous letter like the folks next door. I love Josh and Annie for everything, because I don't know if I would have the stamina or patience.
