We are yet to have a 100% due to stipulations that will take a few more days, but all homeowners are working with us to complete the assemblage. Our meeting with a group of potential buyers has be rescheduled until Monday, due to the delay in getting all signed contracts in hand...................... I will say again that ALL homeowners are working with us!
