Sobu Homeowners,
Cartel has made great progress with future plans for the sobu property. Cartel continues to tell me how excited they are about the deal, and are moving forward as quickly as possible. Annie Boland and I are in constant contact with Cartel, and will keep everyone updated on the progress of the assemblage.

Why does the PG blog state their 90 days will be up ~ Feb. 10th? Does this change our dates? Are we still awaiting the Jan. 1st @ 5pm deadline for SoBu's 90 days? Thanks for the clarification.
The Jan 1st date has not changed for SOBU Flats Assemblage.
The Paces Green blog mentions Cartel's own blog to provide updates on the status of the sale. Can we get access to this blog too?
