February 2nd Post

Hello Sobu Owners,

It has been called to our attention that our post dated January 23rd did not ever actually post. We are so sorry...operator error.

Here is the update for where things stand.

On February 11th the Paces Green due diligence period will expire and our buyer will know at that point and time whether that deal will go through. He will decide on February 11th whether he will terminate Paces Green or move forward.

At that time, we will have critical information relating to the purchase of Sobu Flats. Therefore, we will have a blog with significant information posted shortly after that date.

There have been two units foreclosed on that are now bank owned properties. We are continuing to work on acquiring those units and will let you know once we do so.

Thanks for all of your patience with this process. Josh Reeves is in direct communication with the buyer and his agent literally on a daily basis. They continue to express enthusiasm about this project and are moving forward on their end very diligently.
