Assemblage Partakers,
We would like to thank everyone who has worked so hard on assembling Sobu. We are 100% assembled!!!!!!!!! ( we have all contracts need to be able to move forward with this group)
As for what happens now. "The WAIT"
Annie had a meeting with one investor Monday and they love Sobu. They love the fact that they can rent it, it is almost 3 acres in the village, and we have 100% assemblage.
So what is going to happen....we are going to wait for an offer from this investor. When we have an offer we will present it to you. We will have a meeting and discuss our options. In a perfect world the investor will start cutting checks and buy all the contracts. That is our hopes. However, when buying and selling real estate, it rarely happens that easily.
If that investor fails to give us an "offer" or more appropriately a letter of intent, then we will put a big sign out in front of Sobu that will proclaim to the world - SOBU is on the market, please buy it.
We know everyone is on the edge of their units, and we have done our job of assembling the building. As I said earlier, now comes "The WAIT".
If we do not get an offer soon, we will do a full blown mass marketing of the building to get bids coming in.
Again CONGRATS to everyone of you. Your patience and hard work will hopefully pay off.

Hooray! We're assembled! Thanks to everyone for their hard work. Positive talk, everyone, nothing negative. We will sell. We will get our price. We will be signing papers very soon!
woo hoo!! thanks to everyone for all of your hard work!! I hope this all goes through!!
No, thank you!! For hanging in there and seeing this through. It has been an uphill journey that is not over yet; but, we would not have made it this far without your persistence. Thanks for not giving up when it seemed we were stuck in a holding pattern!
This is excellent news. When can we expect to hear from the investor who looked at the property on Monday?
