Sobu Homeowners,
Wanted to let everyone know that we are still waiting for the offer.
I have received and e-mail from a SOBU homeowner stating that Paces Green buyer has walked due to not enough parking??? We will try to get more information on the Paces Green deal, and pass it on to keep everyone up to date on the neighboring property.
In a meeting last week I had the chance to view the drawling of what is proposed to go across the street from Sobu Flats. The renderings for the property across from SOBU should only help our perspective buyers with knowing what is proposed to go across the street. …..Thank you for everyone’s patients during this “waiting” period.
