Hello Sobu Owners,
Things are moving along with Cartel and they are still conducting due diligence. They are still moving forward - which is great.
We will plan to have a meeting with the buyer present so that everyone can gain a high confidence level with regard to his commitment to this project. That will take place in March - date TBD.

can we get an update? will there be a meeting with the buyer this month? does the buyer have control of the known foreclosures? please, give us something . ..
I guess we are not going to have a meeting this month? I was just wondering, as the month is fast drawing to a close.
