Hello Sobu Owners,
Just letting you know that - although all has been quiet - we are still on track with our buyer. We continue to hear from his agent on an every-other-day basis and he remains excited and optimistic about this closing.
We will be meeting with the buyer either at the end of this week or the beginning of next week to to review his master plans to confirm that he has his financing lined up. We will reach out to you after that meeting.
We do still intend to hold a meeting with the buyer so we'll be discussing possible dates for that meeting when we are with him.
One question that we continue to get is whether Paces Green and Sobu are a one-package deal. The answer is NO. The buyer plans to acquire Sobu regardless of whether or not he can acquire Paces Green...so great news for us!!
